The North Japanese Noodle Bar

Cute place. We had the Roasted Garlic Pork Ramen and the Chicken Shio Ramen. The roasted garlic ramen was our favourite and we would recommend it to others. The pork on this dish was cooked nicely. The noodles don’t seem to be made in house, but the broth does.
The broth is tasty and rich in flavour. Ice cream comes at the end of the meal on the house. Service is on point. There is a 10% off cash discount for dine in and takeaway.

我点的是roasted garlic、spicy miso、creamy chicken和Kotteri Shouyu拉面。面给的料都是一样的（除了creamy chicken不给叉烧肉），就是汤的不同。感觉garlic的拉面更有特色一点吧，第一次来店的可以试试这个。

我要夸一下这家店海苔的外卖包装。为了不让海苔受潮，一张张海苔都是很仔细地用保鲜膜包上的，就这个仔细程度👍

我是完全吃不了肥肉的人（一吃就要呕），但是很神奇的是日本拉面店（包括这家店）能把肥肉里的那种腻腻的感觉给搞没，吃拉面里的叉烧就很安心。

Friendly service, good portions. The karaage has a bit of a spiciness so be weary if you’re ordering for kids! The ramen and pork belly were so good. Pork katsu was a little tough but still enjoyable. Overal fair pricing in a cozy tucked away space with attentive service.

Been there since their soft opening. Price is very reasonable. Amount of food was great.

The one thing I wanted to compliment today is the customer service.

He came to me and apologized that the sashimi is not fresh and offered something else to me instead! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 to him.

Been to so many other Japanese takeout restaurants which they didn’t care about the freshness of the sashimi and I didn’t find out until I got home.

I was somewhat skeptical of this place due to its location being hidden in a corner of the plaza, but I was pleasantly surprised by how good the ramen is here. I ordered a chicken shio ramen and it was terrific: The chicken broth was excellent and the noodles were perfectly cooked to order. The chicken itself feels like a nice compliment to the noodles. The store also serves ice cream at the end of the meal.

Great gem in Markham to grab a quick, delicious meal. Seating is limited so groups over 4 would be a little hard to accommodate.

The aburi salmon set meal was flavourful and the chicken katsu was fried fresh. Good portion size with variety of toppings in the ramen and comes with ice cream for dessert!

Debit and cash only, 10% off for items that aren’t part of set meal A. Overall, great value and looking forward to trying more items here!

Super cute little spot with good lunch sets! The salmon sashimi set was fresh and it came with a really good side salad, rice and miso soup. Service was friendly and I would definitely come back again.
